WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

It is the customer's responsibility to return their Item(s) to us if they require a refund or an exchange. The Item(s) are preferred to be returned in it's original packaging and within a reasonable timescale. If the above requirement are not met may result in Forget-Me-Not recovering costs.
The refund that you will receive from us will include the original shipping charges only and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return. We would highly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery as we Forget-Me-Not Jewellery can not and will not be help responsible for losses or damages whilst the item(s) are being returned to us.
Refunds will be fulfilled within 30 days of agreement of your refund.
Please note that all personalised items can not be exchange or refunded as these are individually hand crafted pieces. Please check for any spelling mistake before placing your order as these cannot be rectified afterwards.

There are two payment methods you can use and both payment methods are secure and customer protected. The first payment method is square and the other is Paypal.

HOW TO CARE AND CLEAN YOUR JEWELLERY?

Here is a few steps to take when caring for your jewellery;

  • Try not to wear your jewellery in the shower, bath or swimming.

  • Avoid spraying any perfumes or solvents onto the jewellery.

  • Store your jewellery after wearing to avoid miss-shaping.

  • To freshen up your jewellery we would recommend using a microfiber polishing cloth.
