Returns policy

It is the customer's responsibility to return their item(s) to us if they require a refund or an exchange.


The Item(s) are preferred to be returned in its original packaging and within 14 days of receiving their order. If the above requirements are not met this may result in FMN recovering costs.


The refund that you will receive from us will include the original shipping charges only and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return.


We would recommend using tracked delivery as we FMN Jewellery can not and will not be held responsible for losses or damages whilst the item(s) are being returned to us.


Refunds will be fulfilled within 2 working days of the agreement of your refund. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your bank account.


Please note that all personalized items can not be exchanged or refunded as these are individually hand-crafted pieces. Please check for any spelling mistakes before placing your order as these cannot be rectified afterward.


Earrings are also non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
