It is the customer's responsibility to return their item(s) to us if they require a refund or an exchange. The Item(s) are preferred to be returned in their original packaging and within 14 days of receiving their order. If the above requirements are not met this may result in FMN recovering costs.
The refund that you will receive from us will include the original shipping charges only and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost associated with the return. We would highly recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery as we FMN Jewellery can not and will not be held responsible for losses or damages whilst the item(s) are being returned to us.
Refunds will be fulfilled within 30 days of the agreement of your refund.
Please note that all personalized items can not be exchanged or refunded as these are individually hand-crafted pieces. Please check for any spelling mistakes before placing your order as these cannot be rectified afterward. Earrings are also non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Remove your jewellery when taking a bath or showering.
Take care and be gentle with your jewellery.
Avoid getting any perfumes or chemicals on your jewellery.
Take your jewellery off while exercising.
Clean your jewellery often with a soft cloth.
